MONDAY | Nancy Nemes
Nancy leads Partnerships for Central Europe at AWS, has held several leadership roles at Google and Microsoft, and is the real Ms AI.
This interview is part of the Mon-Sun series where we take an honest look behind the job title and explore what makes people tick, both in and out of “the office”. Each guest answers a set of 20 questions — split between their weekday (Monday) and weekend (Sunday) routines.
I'm kicking off the post-NYC marathon week still buzzing with excitement and inspiration from the incredible energy I felt over the weekend, and I can’t think of a better person to share that momentum with than Nancy Nemes.
I first met Nancy in 2019 when she was deep in planning her humanAIze Tech conference at the iconic Hotel Adlon in Berlin. We brainstormed bold ideas to make the event as impactful as possible, and from our very first conversation, it was clear that Nancy was a true trailblazer. With over 20 years in emerging tech, she has advocated ethical AI long before it became part of our daily lives.
Today, Nancy leads Partnerships for Central Europe at AWS, following several leadership roles at Google and Microsoft.
She is one of the most hands-on leaders I know—combining her deep expertise with a genuine commitment to uplifting those around her and an exceptional dedication to her team’s growth and well-being.
